Senators Chris Buttars, Allen Christensen, Mark Madsen and David Thomas, conspired to meet secretly as a committee quorum to pass SB24 before the full committee was scheduled to meet. For what great cause were these senators willing to mortgage their integrity? They wanted Utahns to be able to carry loaded handguns in their cars so that "road rage" can be carried to new heights of violence. It boggles the mind.
