Obituary: Kent Drew Severinsen

Kent Drew Severinsen 1992 ~ 2006 Kent Drew Severinsen was born April 17, 1992 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He returned home to his Heavenly Father on April 5, 2006 at age 13 from heart failure. Kent was happiest when he was outdoors. Camping, fishing, hunting and being with his dad and brothers were the things he enjoyed most. He loved teasing his sisters and spending time with his mom. His mischievous personality was paralleled by his heart of gold. Kent could keep you guessing with a twinkle in his eye and his teasing manner; he could make you feel at ease with his infectious laugh and huge hugs. His testimony of the gospel was apparent in the way he treated others. His aspirations included getting his Eagle Scout, serving an LDS mission and attending BYU. He is survived by his parents Kevin and Carol Severinsen; siblings, Kimberlee, Kyle, Kurt (Darci), Kacy, Karen and Kelsey; grandparents Bob and Betty Jensen, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Mervin and Afton Severinsen. We love you and will miss you Bilbojo. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 10, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Valley View 4th Ward, 2125 East Evergreen Avenue (3435 South). Friends and family may visit Sunday evening, April 9, 2006 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, and from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Monday at the church prior to services.
