NASA said Friday it has selected HyPerComp Engineering Inc. of Brigham City for a technology project.

NASA said the company was selected for negotiations of a Phase 2 contract under the Small Business Technology Transfer Program. Phase 2 contracts are funded up to $600,000 for a performance period up to two years.

HyPerComp and Mississippi State University submitted a joint proposal for the cryogenic evaluation of irradiated composite materials for use in composite pressure vessels.
