Detroit (63-15) moved within one win or a San Antonio loss of clinching home court advantage throughout the playoffs with a 96-73 rout of Cleveland on Wednesday night.

The Los Angeles Clippers (45-33) equaled their highest win total in 30 years with a 97-93 victory over Portland on Wednesday night. The team won 46 games while playing in Buffalo in 1975-76. Their 45-37 record in the 1991-92 season was their best record since the move to California.
