Obituary: Samuel George Davies

Samuel George Davies "Till We Meet Again" Samuel George Davies, age 65, passed away on April 12, 2006 surrounded by his family. Born January 13, 1941 in Evanston, Wyoming to George and Irene Herman Davies. Married Carman Ann Schroeder on August 28, 1976 in Elko, Nevada. He enjoyed boating, camping and fishing. Most of all he loved his two little dogs, Squeaker and Mitzy. Survived by his wife, Carman; children: Steve (Jeannie), Tim (Raelynn), Danny, Shane, Roxanne, Patty (Dale), Diana (Pat), Tom, Guy, C 'Ann (Dave) and Lori; 28 grandchildren; eight grandchildren; brother, Ernie (Sharon); sisters, Alice (Bob) and Margrete. Preceded in death by his parents, George and Irene; son, Samuel; two great-grandsons and brother, Chuck. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 17, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road. A viewing will be held on Sunday from 6-8 p.m. and on Monday, 9-9:45 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park. Special thanks to Evan, Adrian and Inspiration Hospice Staff.
