A viewing will be held Monday, April 17, 2006 from 6-8 p.m. at Tate Mortuary, 110 S Main, Tooele UT. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 18, 2006, 1:00 p.m. at the Clark Ward Chapel, 81 N. Church St, Grantsville, UT. Interment will be held at Tooele City Cemetery.
