Hazel Fredrickson Kay 1912 ~ 2006 CENTERFIELD, UTAH - Hazel Fjeldsted Fredrickson Kay, 93, died April 14, 2006 in Ogden, Utah. Born, August 5, 1912, in Centerfield, Utah, to Alfred Lars and Caroline Larsen Fjeldsted. Married Alvin Leonuial Fredrickson, June 15, 1931. He died November 30, 1962. She married J. H. Kay, June 3, 1965, he died December 25, 1989. Survivors include her children, Max G. (Melba) Fredrickson, Marlene (Devon) Parson, Gwendlyn (Bill) Peterson, and Terry L. (Karen) Fredrickson; 17 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; 13 great great-grandchildren; sister, Iona Jensen. Preceded in death by parents; both husbands; brother, Valdo Fjeldsted; sisters, Elma Bouvang, Etta Hansen, Luzon Berthelson; great- granddaughter, Staci Fredrickson. Funeral services, 12:00 noon Tuesday, April 18, 2006, Centerfield Second Ward, 210 South Main, in Centerfield.
