Elnora Bergener Eddington "Nora" A long time resident of Murray, Utah, Elnora Bergener Eddington, born September 16, 1914, in Logan, Utah, to William N. and Annie Mae Andersen Bergener, died April 16, 2006, in Salt Lake City, Utah, of natural causes. "I'll be better in the morning" were the last words she uttered Saturday night. She passed away early Easter morning. Nora and her husband, Reed was married November 10, 1933, later solemnized in the St. George Temple. They served in the London South Temple Presidency for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Loved by all who knew her, Nora was very talented. She was a published author of stories and poems and an avid gardener. She worked for Evan's Advertising, retiring in 1976. Elnora is preceded in death by her sweetheart, Reed, a sister, Gladys (Glen) Cooper and a brother, Wilford (Nan) Bergener. She leaves a sister, Helen (Stanley) Pierce, Sun City, CA; two brothers, Raymond (Edna) Bergener, Olympia, WA; and Ross (Doris) Bergener, Salt Lake City, UT and Douglas (Janet) Eddington, Blackfoot, ID; 28 grandchildren, 86 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff of the Silverado Care Center for the loving service they rendered to her. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 20, 2006 at the Murray 12th Ward house (363 E. Vine Street). Friends and family may call Wednesday, April 19, 2006 from 6-8 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary (4760 So. State) and one hour prior to services on Thursday at the church. In Lieu of flowers, donations made to the Perpetual Education Fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints would be appreciated.
