Obituary: David Michael Forster

David Michael Forster 1979 ~ 2006 Dave Forster, age 27, passed away March 29 at his home in West Valley from a sudden heart attack, determined by doctors to have been 'acute aortic detachment.' Dave was born February 11, 1979 in Portland, Oregon to Jhoane Smart Robinson and Michael H. Forster, the second of five children. He graduated from Shawnee Mission East High School, Prairie Village, Kansas in 1997. Dave served in the Marines from 1997-2001. He graduated from Healing Mountain Massage School in January 2005. Dave married Lisa Holcomb on Oct 17, 2005. Dave is survived by wife Lisa Holcomb Forster, stepson Justin Holcomb, 14, stepdaughter Caiti Holcomb, 12; grandparents Thomas B. Smart, Beverly Bean Smart, Paul P. Forster; father Michael H. Forster, stepmother Melinda Fellini; mother Jhoane Smart Robinson, stepfather Loren Carl Robinson; brothers Seth Lauren Forster, Ryan Paul Forster, Sean Thomas Forster; sister Sheena Marie Forster; stepsiblings Anette Robinson, James R. Robinson, Lael Alexander McRae Robinson, Rachel Robinson, Saria Robinson, and Deborah Robinson. A Memorial Celebration of Life with Military Honors will be held at the Church of Religious Science in Salt Lake City at 5:00 p.m., Friday, April 7, 870 E. North Union Ave (7150 South, next to Lone Star Steak House). Donations to David's family are appreciated.
