Utah County motorists trying to get around on I-15 this weekend could find things a little tricky.
Overnight closures on the I-15 onramp at Center Street in Lehi begin tonight and will continue Monday and Tuesday, according to the Utah Department of Transportation.
The onramp will be closed from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. for bridgework as part of the I-15 carpool connection project. Motorists will need to use the interchanges at Main Street in American Fork or 1200 West in Lehi to access northbound I-15.
On Saturday, I-15 will be restricted to two lanes in alternating directions in American Fork between Main Street (exit 278) and 500 East from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. for paving operations.
Traffic on I-15 will be restricted to two lanes in alternating directions Sunday at bridge locations between the freeway bridge over Geneva Road in Lindon and 400 South in Orem. Crews will be paving at the bridge areas between the 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Also Sunday, southbound I-15 will restricted to one lane at the Lehi Main Street interchange (exit 279) between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. for bridge work.
