The Dragon Property contains 30 claims in Beaver County. The staking agreement includes a one-mile area of interest surrounding the claims, also containing potential uranium prospects. In addition to all staking costs, the company will pay a $10,000 property location fee, 60,000 shares of common stock and a 2 percent royalty.
