Gregory Edward Fausett 1955 ~ 2006 PRICE, UT.-Our beloved comforter is now comforted. Gregory Edward Fausett, 50, died July 25, 2006, of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born November 3, 1955, in San Francisco, California, to Grant and Betty Shaw Fausett. Sealed for time and all eternity to Terri Godbout, October 6, 1978, in the Los Angeles, California Temple. Greg received his eagle scout award at 14. He was an active member of the LDS Church where he has held several callings over the years. He served an honorable mission in the Washington D.C. Mission, followed by the Brazil, Sao Paulo South Mission. He loved music, photography, shooting, and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. Every family he served at Fausett Mortuary became a part of his heart. He worked at Fausett Mortuary in Price for 30 years, the last six as owner and operator. He was the Price Red Cross Liaison, a member of the Nine Mile Players and a former member of Price Vocal Ensemble and a previous officer in the Price Elks Club. He attended BYU, CEU and graduated with a degree in Mortuary Science from Cypress College in California. Greg is survived by his parents, Price; wife Terri, Price; children (to whom he was a hero), Aaron (Sara Anne) Fausett, Billings, MT; Natalie (Clayton) Lofthouse, West Jordan, UT; Heather Fausett, Price; Elder Jonathan Fausett, Argentina, Buenos Aires South Mission; Sarah Fausett and Megan Fausett, Price. Grandchildren Caleb and Elisabeth. Brothers and sisters Steve (Louise) Fausett, Salem; Betty Jean (Garth) Guymon, Fruit Heights; Brad (Mindy) Fausett, Eagle Mountain; Sue (Mark) Larsen, St. George; Charlotte (Joshua) Frame, St. George. Father and Mother-in-law John and Sonja Godbout, Mesa, AZ; and a special grandmother Mildred Cox. Many nieces and nephews. Aunts and Uncles, Max Fausett, Bertha Sanders, Bill (Kathleen) Shaw, George Buckway, Grace (Bill) Morris, Archie (Ewana) McLaughlin, Bernard (Jean) Shaw, Theda Johnston. Also survived by a wonderful and gifted Mortuary staff he loved and appreciated so much. Preceded in death by grandparents and baby brother Kevin. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 31, at 1:00 p.m. at the Price Stake Center, 150 So. 500 E. Viewing at Fausett Mortuary from 6-8:00 p.m. on Sunday and also from 11:30-12:45 prior to the service at the Church. Burial, Price City Cemetery under the direction of Fausett Mortuary.
