The People's Choice Awards for the Days of '47/Deseret Morning News Landscape Art Show, "2006 Color of the Land," went to Steven L. Day for his lush and very realistic oil "Brook," left, and to Paul Buttler for his large and richly painted oil "Up the Valley," right. Each recipient will receive $200 for his excellent work.
