Ramon Nunez had two goals and an assist to lead FC Dallas to a 4-1 victory over the Colorado Rapids on Saturday night in Frisco, Texas.

Nunez scored unassisted goals in the 71st and 74th minutes to break a 1-1 tie and lead FC Dallas (12-5-3) to its season-high fourth straight win.

Nunez's first goal came after Rapids goalie Joe Cannon stopped a shot by Kenny Cooper, but the ball bounced directly to Nunez, who scored on a one-timer from about 12 yards away.

Nunez then scored his fifth goal of the season off of a free kick, curving the ball from the right side of the goal around a wall of Rapids defenders with his left foot and into the left side of the net for the first multigoal game of his career.

DYNAMO 1, RED BULLS 1: At Houston, Dwayne De Rosario scored on a penalty kick in the 69th minute to lift the Dynamo to a tie. Chris Henderson gave New York a 1-0 lead in the 67th minute after taking a sideline pass from Amado Guevara and scoring from five yards out. The Red Bulls (5-6-9) remained in third place in the East. New York's Danny O'Rourke tripped Houston's Ricardo Clark just a minute later to give De Rosario his free penalty kick from 10 yards out.

REVOLUTION 1, WIZARDS 1: At Kansas City, Mo., Steve Ralston scored in the final seconds of extra time to give the Revolution a tie. Josh Wolff scored in the 12th minute for the Wizards (6-11-3), who appeared to have their first victory since June 17 before Ralston scored for the Revolution (6-6-8). Kansas City snapped a seven-game losing streak, and Wolff's goal marked the first time the Wizards had led a game since Jose Burciaga Jr.'s 89th-minute goal gave them a 3-2 win over the Chicago Fire on June 17.

FIRE 0, CREW 0: At Bridgeview, Ill., Columbus goalkeeper Bill Gaudette stopped Chicago's Floyd Franks on a 1-on-1 in extra time to preserve the Crew's scoreless tie. Franks came close to giving the Fire (5-7-8) the lead just before that, rocketing the ball wide left of the goal. Kei Kamara took the last shot of the night for Columbus (4-9-8), sending the ball toward goal in the 92nd minute. It deflected and went back into play.
