Obituary: Sarah Leora Hinton

Sarah Leora Hinton 1920 ~ 2006 Sarah Leora Tolman Hinton, age 86, 1920 -- 2006. The dash between the dates was filled with love of life, family, music, and learning. Active in the L.D.S. church, she served three full time missions, served in the classroom and community. She was preceded in death by her husband Lavar Hinton, her parents, one brother and six sisters. She is survived by her seven sons, James (Leslie), David (Gerri), Donald (Ada Lu), Richard (Sherrie), Kenneth (Kay), Clark (Nan), and Mark (Kathy); daughter Lorene (Mark) Grant. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 3, 2006 at the Hurricane 9th Ward Chapel, 274 S. 100 W., Hurricane, Utah. Viewings will be held Wed., Aug. 2, from 7-9 p.m. at the Hurricane Valley Mortuary, 140 N. Main in Hurricane, and Thursday one hour prior to service. Arrangements are under the direction of the Metcalf Mortuary.
