The 32nd annual Operational Excellence Seminar at Utah State University is scheduled for Sept. 20-21 at the Ellen Eccles Conference Center.
Presented by the USU College of Business, the seminar will feature keynote presentations by several company officials, including Richard Kunst, vice president of continuous improvement for La-Z-Boy; Linda Hebish and Douglas Grove, administrative directors of the Corporate Kaizen Promotion Office of the Virginia Mason Medical Center; Louis M. Pope, president and chief executive officer of US Synthetic; Rob Galloway, vice president of operations for US Synthetic; Dale Lucht, vice president of quality for the Hon Co.; Joel Raup, manager of the 737 program for the Boeing Co.; George L. Falldine, director of plans and programs for the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center at Robins Air Force Base, Ga.; and Donald A. Dinero, principal at Round Pond Consulting.
