Trolley Square, Ellisbeetle International Arts and Education Foundation, KIDZ Business Expo, Fendall's Ice Cream and Chelle Events will host Utah's first-ever Ellisbeetle Ice Cream Festival.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 26 at Trolley Square.
Youngsters will be able to market and sell their favorite flavor, from among 30 Fendall's flavors, of ice cream at their booth.
Local youths will learn how to start, own and run their own businesses, which will be registered through the state. Money from the Ice Cream Fountain will be deposited in those accounts.
