The legal team for Craig Roger Gregerson, who is charged with killing 5-year-old Destiny Norton, has subpoenaed the visitors log for Gregerson at the Salt Lake County Jail.
Michael Peterson, the lead attorney on the four-person team from the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association, asked for the log in a document filed in 3rd District Court on Aug. 13.
Gregerson, 20, is charged with capital murder and first-degree felony kidnapping.
Previously, the defense team and the Salt Lake District Attorney's Office asked for and got an order from 3rd District Judge Robin Reese stopping all "media visits." More recently, the team asked the judge to permit "no one" to see Gregerson in the jail except his lawyers and others associated with his defense. The judge agreed to that request.
