Utah Department of Agriculture and Food recommends that residents, when planting, avoid ornamentals that are severely attacked by adult Japanese beetles.

Black cherry

Black walnut

Cherry

Flowering crab-apple

Grapes

Gray birch

Hollyhock

Horse chestnut

Norway Maple

Roses
