A Millard County reader is the first winner of this year's prep Grid Picks contest.
Mike Rutherford, of Kanosh, was one of two entrants who correctly predicted the winners of all 12 games in last week's contest, and he guessed closest to the final score of the tiebreaker game, Alta at Bingham. He wins $50 and a Deseret Morning News Grid Picks T-shirt. There were 737 entries.
