California-based WLA Investments has purchased the Bridge Building, 5295 S. Commerce Drive (300 West), Murray, from Bridge Investment Group for an undisclosed amount.
Bridge Property Management will continue to manage and lease the property.
The 135,300-square-foot building houses Qwest Dex, Kennecott Land and Rio Tinto Group.
WLA previously purchased a multifamily apartment complex in Murray.
