Nidecker Snowboards will move its North American distribution operations to Ogden, Mayor Matthew Godfrey said Thursday.
Nidecker becomes the seventh snow sports company to move to Ogden in the past two years.
Europe's first snowboard manufacturer, Nidecker has had its North American distribution operations in San Diego.
