SPANISH FORK — The final piece of the TV puzzle has fallen into place in Spanish Fork for fans of Brigham Young University.

The Spanish Fork Cable Network, the city-owned cable utility, announced Wednesday it will be adding the mtn., the channel that will televise seven of BYU's 12 football games this season, in addition to several other competitions from a broad range of sports, to its expanded basic cable service.

The mtn.-Mountain West Sports Network is a joint venture of the Mountain West Conference and College Sports Television, which signed an $80 million television deal in 2004. Spanish Fork had already added CSTV to its lineup, which will broadcast an additional three BYU games this season.

Comcast recently purchased half of the mtn. and made it available to its customers in Utah as well.
