1917 ~ 2007

MORONI, UTAH - Hannah Morley Kendall passed away September 28, 2007.

Born December 1, 1917 in Moroni, Utah to Allen Amasa and Myra Minerva Cloward Morley. Married George Weldon Kendall January 16, 1939, solemnized in the Manti Temple in 1954. Weldon passed away in September 1998.

She served in many callings in the church including Primary, Secretary of the M.I.A., Relief Society, Temple worker, and Extractor at the Family History Library.

She was the co-owner of the Stitch-A-Ree with her sister, Pearl. She loved her family and was an excellent cook, loved sewing, knitting, and crocheting. One of her proudest accomplishments was crocheting alter cloths for the Manti and Salt Lake Temples. She was by her husband's side as he performed music as a service at numerous nursing homes for many years.

She is survived by children, Cherrill (Merril) Anderson, South Jordan; Garth (Becky) Kendall, Moroni; Janine (Sheldon) Shaw, Magna; Bert (Sharon) Kendall, Mt. Pleasant; daughter-in-law, Rose Kendall; 22 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchild-ren; sister, Francine Liddiard, Tooele. Preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Perry Kendall; granddaughter, Andrea Kendall; daughter-in-law, Carole Kendall McLeish; brother, Allen Morley; sisters, Bardella Syme and Pearl Jensen.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday October 2, 2007, 12:00 noon in the Moroni LDS Stake Center. Friends may call Monday October 1, 2007 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Rasmussen Mortuary (96 N 100 W) in Mt. Pleasant, and from 10:00-11:30 a.m. prior to service at the church. Interment will be in the Moroni City Cemetery.
