Qwest Communications International Inc. has announced a new program designed to benefit school districts across its residential-service region.
The Qwest 1 Percent Back to Schools program will donate 1 percent of a residential customer's Qwest bill every month to a school district of the customer's choice when the customer signs up for online billing and auto-pay.
Qwest residential-service customers may visit qwest.com/onepercent to enroll. School districts are encouraged to use the proceeds for programs that promote technology in their classrooms.
