Our beautiful wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend lost her courageous battle with breast cancer on the morning of October 18, 2007. Wendi peacefully left this earth with her husband and her faithful dog Bell by her side.She was born on November 7, 1969 to Gilbert and Marilyn Stevenson. Wendi had a wonderful childhood with her five brothers and her teenage years were lived to the fullest with friends, family, and horseslots of horses.

Wendi married Robert Bridge on December 28, 1991, and they were sealed in the Salt Lake City Temple on August 23, 1993. Wendi lived a life of service girded about with the Whole Armour of God. She provided loving care and comfort while working as a Registered Nurse at Cottonwood Hospital in Salt Lake City and in facilities in the Idaho Falls area. Wendi brought much joy to her family and friends. All will miss her love, compassion, understanding, and empathy. Her beautiful smile and loving nature continue to live on in her children, Steven and Lilly. Happy Day! All is well!

In addition to her husband and children, Wendi is survived by her parents Gib and Marilyn Stevenson and five older brothers: Mark (Deanna), Ron (Julie), Cory (Lynne), Rick (Kari), and Cliff (Debbie); in addition to numerous nieces and nephews and parents-in-law Larry Bridge (Cora), and Tamara Melvin (Jeff); and aunts Evy and Nancy, and numerous wonderful horse friends.

The family would like to thank the members of LDS Tuscany and Herriman First Wards who have generously served the family during these difficult times. Our great appreciation goes out to the Harmony Horse Club who induced many smiles and magical moments. We also extend a special thank you to Dr. Ward and the staff at the Huntsman Cancer Hospital and Institute.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, Oct. 22, 11 a.m. at Tuscany LDS Ward, 13100 S. 6000 W., Herriman, UT. Family and friends may call Sunday 6-8 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley, 1007 W. South Jordan Pkwy (10600 So.) and Monday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment Mtn. View Memorial Cemetery. Online memories may be shared at www.jenkins-soffe.com
