Obituary: Carol Springer

Carol Springer

3/25/34 ~ 10/22/07

Carol was so loved by so many! While leaving this life she was surrounded by many who cared so much for her. Some came just to be near her once again, others to pray and to sing. But all to just sit a while in the presence of one who had blessed them in word and in deed. Carol was a silent influence in the earth. She said so little but blessed so many with her quiet way and her many prayers.

Norm called her "Little Carol In a Corner" because of her reluctance to be seen or to be forward in any way and yet in her quietness she probably influenced more people with her life than did her preacher husband. Surely all of us can learn from that.

Survived by husband Norm, children; Linda (David) Cuthbertson, David (Stephanie) Springer, Karen Carter, nine grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and brother Earnest DePretis. Preceded in death by great grandson Matthew.

Memorial services will be held Thursday evening at 6:30 pm at the Adventure Liberty Foursquare Church 662 E. 1300 So. Funeral Directors Broomhead Funeral Home. "Be still and know that I am God" PS:46:10
