Obituary: Ralph L. Peck

Ralph L. Peck

1938~ 2007

Born May 4, 1938, son of Donald M. and Twila Gagon Peck. He died Oct. 19, 2007 in Lima, Peru while serving a mission for the LDS Church. A long time resident of Cache Valley, he retired as an accounting instructor for USU. He earned Bachelor and Master degrees at Arizona State University, where he also worked towards his doctorate. A popular teacher, Ralph was nominated Teacher of the Year many times. He was a wonderful father, brother and friend.

He is survived by his wife Roberta Haynie Peck; 11 children; 41 grandchildren; and his 102-year-old mother, of Bountiful; three brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be Saturday 12 noon, in the Newton, Utah Ward meeting house, where friends may call one hour prior. The family requests donations to a scholorship in his name at USU or to the LDS Church Perpetual Education fund.
