When did we accept the absurd idea that jumping through bureaucratic hoops and getting a piece of paper makes someone a good teacher? In getting my Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University, I took a class from Larry H. Miller. He was a great teacher. Larry doesn't have a college degree. He definitely does not have a teaching certificate. Sorry, Larry, you cannot teach.
