Californian convicted of killing businessman

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A man was convicted of murdering a businessman who was stuffed in the trunk of his Bentley and died as his kidnappers fled police eight years ago.

Boris Graham, 37, was convicted Friday in Superior Court and could face life in prison without possibility of parole. During trial, prosecutors said DNA evidence linked him to a ski mask found in the car.

The conviction will be appealed, his attorney Marilynn VanDam said.

Graham was accused of helping kidnap Christopher Rawlings, the 30-year-old owner of a clothing store who wore a diamond-encrusted Rolex watch.
