Grant A. Hofheins

Grant A. Hofheins, age 76, much loved husband, father, brother, grandfather, soon to be great-grandfather and friend, passed away on Tues., October 2nd, 2007. Dad was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on December 2nd, 1930 to Clarence and Elease Hofheins of Levan, UT. Married, Carol Brundage on August 14th, 1953. Dad worked as a brick mason for Western States Masonry. He also served in the U.S. Navy for four years.

Survived by daughters Christy (Cole) Lundquist, Barbara Mosher, sister Joann (Stan) Vaughn, grandchildren, Nicole (Eric) Ballou, Michael Lundquist, Melissa (Sam) Faber,

Patrick Mosher, Christopher Mosher, Jonathan Mosher. Preceded in death by his wife Carol of 53 years and his son Jeff, parents Clarence and Elease, brothers Cloyd and Lee,

sisters; Luetta and Eileen. Member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Dad was honest, hardworking, and generous and had a great sense of humor. He will be sorely missed. We love you dad.

Funeral services will be held on Mon., Oct. 8, 2007 11 a.m. at the Union Fort 5th Ward, 6770 S. 500 E. in Midvale. Family and friends are invited to call one hour prior to services. Interment will follow at Mountain View Memorial Cemetery.
