Dinosnorzz at the Museum of Ancient Life at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi. Begins at 7 p.m. through 10 a.m. Saturday. Cost: $29 adult/$39 children. The Peaks Ice Skating Academy at Peaks Arena, 100 N. Seven Peaks Blvd., is hosting a clinic from 10 a.m. to noon. Participants should bring socks, gloves and soft padded hats or helmets for protection, in addition to warm clothing. Free.
Shiva Ratri will be celebrated at 5 p.m., in the Krishna temple, 8628 S. State, Spanish Fork, and include classical Indian dance, drama, a sacred bathing ceremony of Lord Shiva, the chanting of Lord Shiva's 108 names, music, and feasting. Guests are asked to bring some vegetarian preparation to augment the feast or fruits or a flower. Cost (of the meal): $6 and traditionally comprises 15-20 different vegetarian preparations. Money from the meal goes the temple building project.
