The Ogden/Weber Chamber of Commerce has named Orluff Opheikens as its 27th Wall of Fame recipient.
Opheikens is founder and chairman of the board of R&O Construction. He was honored at the chamber's annual dinner Jan. 25.
The Wall of Fame award is presented annually for extraordinary lifetime achievements and continual dedication to the Ogden and Weber County communities.
R&O began in Ogden in 1980 with three employees. It now has nearly 200 workers and remains headquartered in Ogden.
