Why do people in Provo, Sandy, Bountiful and Clearfield criticize Mayor Rocky Anderson? He's not their mayor.

Rocky is who he is, like the little boy who would rather be bad than be ignored. Letters should be aimed at the citizens of Salt Lake City who keep electing him, or those who don't bother to vote.
