Diamond J acquires Piccadilly Apartments

An entity led by local Diamond J Management has acquired the 32-unit Piccadilly Apartments, 24 S. 500 East, for an undisclosed amount, NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate said.

Diamond J owns several apartment complexes in Salt Lake City and Logan.
