A new manager at the Provo Fazoli's restaurant has been arrested and booked into the Utah County Jail for the investigation of forcible sex abuse and sexual battery, according to a police report filed in 4th District Court.

The 32-year-old man had begun working at the restaurant, located at 1122 S. University Ave., four weeks ago. According to the police report, the man consistently brushed his hand on the buttocks as he would untie the aprons of two female employees, ages 16 and 17.

The report said that on March 18, the 17-year-old employee and the man were closing the restaurant alone and that the man asked the female employee if she would show him her chest, which she refused. The man repeated the request several times and refused to allow her to clock out until she had done so, the police report said.

When she continued to refuse, the man put his hand inside her pants, inside her underwear multiple times and grabbed her chest, according to the report. The manager finally allowed the employee to leave when she threatened to do so without clocking out.

The 17-year-old employee was emotionally upset and refused to go back to work if the man was still there, according to the report. It also said the man would always engage in sexual conversation.

When officers spoke with the man, he said he had touched the girls' buttocks "just because," and said he flirted with the girls during work, the report said. The man denied the incident with the 17-year-old girl.
