Juanita T. Butz Holst "Nita" 1930 ~ 2007 Juanita T. Butz Holst, age 77, died April 20, 2007 at home surrounded by her loving family and dear friend. She was born April 6, 1930 in Hazard, Kentucky to Arkanas Turner and Mary Combs. She married Carl P. Butz, divorced and later married Val C. Holst, divorced. She worked 27 years as a sales rep. for Mutual Beauty Supply. Nita's absolute greatest accomplishment and joy in life is her family. She is survived by Val C. Holst; her children, Joe Butz, Dan (Janice) Butz, Sandra (James) Glascock, Trudy (Robert) Odum, Richard (Carolyn) Butz, Lynn (Chris) Chandler, Val (Susan) Holst II; 18 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and two more on the way; and many nieces and nephews. Nita was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Eugene Turner; and sister, Geneva Wycoff. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Eliada Homes, Inc., P.O.
