April 28— Temple Square Chorale and Orchestra at Temple Square performing Mozart's Requiem followed by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir joining the Chorale and Orchestra for the premiere of Mack Wilberg's Requiem, in the Tabernacle at 7:30 p.m. Admission is limited to those 8 and older. May 6— CES Fireside for Young Adults, ages 18 through 30, both married and single, will be transmitted live over the Church satellite system on Sunday, May 6, 2007, at 6:00 p.m. (MDT), with subsequent rebroadcasts to many areas of the world. The speaker will be President James E. Faust of the First Presidency. The broadcast will originate from the Tabernacle on Temple Square.
Ongoing— The organ staff and guest organists perform daily 30-minute recitals in the Tabernacle from 12:00 noon to 12:30 p.m. On Sunday, recitals will be performed from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (www.lds.org/events)
