A cuffed man sits under police guard Wednesday. He and a passenger were arrested after their vehicle was recognized by a Salt Lake County deputy sheriff from a drug buy and the driver fled. He ran a yield sign on Stratford Avenue and hit another car. No one was seriously injured, and the two were taken to the county jail for investigation of drug possession and felony fleeing.
