Obituary: Mildred M. Jensen

Mildred M. Jensen 11/22/26 ~ 6/22/07 BOUNTIFUL - Our loving mother, Mildred M. Jensen, 80, passed away peacefully in her home Friday, June 22, 2007. Milly was born November 22, 1926 in Logan, Utah to Wilford A. and Afton M. Moser. She grew up in Cache Valley and attended Utah State University. She married, May 6, 1948, John Winston Jensen. Together they raised five children. Holding many positions in the LDS Church, Milly was an accomplished speaker and teacher. She was a proud member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers and enjoyed playing bridge. Mother was a wonderful homemaker and loved entertaining and welcoming many friends and family into our home. She is survived by her children, Mary (Kyle) Popejoy, Elizabeth (Claud) Platt, Holly, John A. and Mark M. Jensen; three granddaughters, Missy, Jessy, and Haley; and one brother, Grant Moser. Mildred was preceded in death by her loving husband, Win; and beloved brother, W. R. "Bud" Moser. Funeral services will be held Wed-nesday, June 27th, 11 a.m. at the Russon Brother's Mortuary in Bountiful.
