AMERICAN FORK — American Fork Hospital will hold its 20th annual golf benefit on July 20 at the Thanksgiving Point Golf Club in Lehi. All funds raised will provide continued support for women's and children's services at American Fork Hospital.
The tournament format will be a "shamble" — a combination of a scramble and a best ball a shotgun start at 8 a.m. Registration for the individual golfer is $150 and provides 18 holes of golf with cart, gifts, prizes and lunch.
Registration for a foursome is $500. More than $1,000 in gift certificates will be given away to the foursomes who place first, second and third.
