Janice Nielsen 1941 ~ 2007 Janice Nielsen passed away peacefully on July 3, 2007. She was born August 9, 1941 to Andrew P. and Helen Ellis Nielsen in Salt Lake City, Utah. She graduated from Cyprus High School and attended Brigham Young University. She worked at Hercules for 30 years and retired from Utah Career College in 2006. She was a member of the LDS church, serving in several callings. Janice loved music including singing and playing the piano. She enjoyed embroidering, reading and collecting angels. Her favorite past time was playing games with her family. Janice is survived by her brothers, Kent (Donna), Mark (Cherie), Keith (Joan); sister, Kathy (Keith) Refsdal, nine nieces and nephews, and 12 great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and nephew, Bryan. Funeral services will be held 12 noon Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at the Magna Central Stake Center, 8181 W. 3320 So. Friends and family may call Monday, July 9, 2007 from 6-8 p.m. at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 W. 2700 S., Magna and Tuesday 11-11:45 a.m. at the church. Interment: Larkin Sunset Gardens.
