The name of a woman killed in a weekend accident near Meadow, Millard County, has been released.

Jennifer Grover, 30, of Newport, Ore., was one of two women killed in a chain reaction accident involving 14 vehicles, including four semitrailer trucks.

High winds kicked up dust and ash left over from this summer's huge Milford Flat Fire at about 4 p.m. Saturday, obstructing the view of drivers near Meadow.

At least three other drivers were transported to area hospitals in critical condition. The name of the second woman killed has not been released yet pending notification of family members.

The accident caused I-15 to be closed in both directions for 10 hours, said Utah Highway Patrol trooper Preston Raban.

The original fire in July was responsible for two similar deaths along I-15 when thick smoke created near zero visibility. A California couple on a motorcycle heading south were struck by a vehicle who apparently didn't see them.
