Merna LaVon Thompson Partridge
1917 ~ 2007
Merna LaVon Thompson Partridge passed away August 8, 2007 after a short and merciful battle with
cancer.
She was born August 13, 1917 in Pleasant Grove, UT. She married George Arthur Partridge Jr. June 5, 1941. He died March 5, 1990.
She is survived by her daughter Marilyn Thorstensen and son-in-law Robert of Boise, ID. She is also survived by six grandchildren: Benjamin Anderson (Jennifer), Michelle Lucas (Robert), Elizabeth Caldwell (Neil), Rebecca Bentley (William),
Katherine Conyers (Timothy) and Sara Marie Anderson. Also surviving are nine great-grandchildren, eight nieces and 10 nephews.
Graveside services will be held at noon on Monday, August 13, 2007 at the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made in Merna's name to a favorite charity or the Utah Humane Society.
