TUESDAY, AUG. 21: Campus Education Week starts today for me. I am looking forward to education week this year, perhaps more than usual because working it into my schedule was harder than I expected. Last year my wife Laura and I traded a lot so that one of us was available to watch the kids most of the time. This year we didn't want to do that and I have used most of my vacation time this summer with Scout activities already. Finally last week we arranged for a babysitter for most of the nights this week (still looking for Friday) so that we can go together for the evening classes without taking much time from my job. One year I hope to dedicate the entire week (perhaps after the kids can come too) and participate in the Monday classes as well.
