Jordan Amber Poulsen
"Our Pretty Princess"
Our beloved Jordan, born Oct 30, 2003 returned to our Heavenly Father on Aug. 6, 2007 after enduring a long battle against cancer. We will greatly miss our "Pretty Princess." With all that she endured she showed us how to be brave and strong with her courageous smile and loving ways. She comforts us now with her final words of "I'm okay, I'll be alright mommy."
She is survived by her parents Greg and Shauntell Poulsen, and little brother Kayden (Kayden Bug); her grandparents Tracy Valdez, Jeana Wiley, Todd and Anne Marie Poulsen; her aunts Melanie Poulsen, Marinda Smith, and Leah Valdez.; her uncles Randy (Amanda) Poulsen, Shawn Poulsen (Kenzie Draper), Shane (Amy) Johnson, Jeremiah Smith, Daniel Valdez, Clint Dase (Godfather); her many family members of cousins, great-grandparents, great-great-grandparents, great aunts, great uncles and all friends.
Upon Jordan's passing she fulfilled her wish of holding and comforting her new cousin Teagan first before sending him to us from heaven four hours later. (Teagan Jordan Poulsen son of Randy and Amanda Poulsen). The Poulsen family would like to extend many thanks to all the health care providers that were involved in assisting Jordan through her illness to her very last breath.
Funeral services will be held in the Mt. Pleasant 5th Ward Chapel on Friday at 1 p.m. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. under the care of
Rasmussen Mortuary. Interment will follow in the Mt. Pleasant City
Cemetery.
