Event to raise money for people in Zambia

Zambia's Scholarship Fund will hold "An Evening in Zambia" Sept. 13, 20 and 27.

The evening will feature traditional Zambian music, a brief documentary and experiences of volunteers. Zambia's Scholarship Fund is a Utah-based organization working to reduce poverty in a nation with a 36-year life expectancy and 92 percent unemployment.

Events will be Sept. 13 at Clearfield High, Sept. 20 at East High and Sept. 27 at Timpview High in Provo. All are at 7 p.m. For more information go to www.zambiasscholarshipfund.org.
