It's not the one who has the most money or leads in the polls who should be the next Salt Lake City mayor. As voters, we should be looking at their leadership abilities, business and political experience and knowledge about city planning, transportation and environmental issues that are facing our city.

Out of all the candidates currently running for Salt Lake City mayor, Ralph Becker has all these qualities and more to lead Salt Lake City into the future.

It is vital that all registered voters vote on Sept. 11. If they don't know about the candidates, they need to take time to know whom they are voting for and why. Every vote does count, as we have seen in past elections. There is no exception regarding this primary election.
