Campus leaders illegally paid for work on a parade float for the Utah Republican Party and falsified accounting records related to work done on the float

The trustee board approved a questionable "transition package" for Robert O. Brems, former MATC campus president and current UCAT president

Former UCAT president improperly provided written acknowledgement of a charitable contribution and under-reported income to an employee
