BYU NewsNet reporter Sam Scorup reports on the Education Week presentation of Lawrence W. Flake called "A Time to Laugh: The Place of Humor in the Church." According to Flake, church leaders have found a sensible way to be humorous without being offensive or hurtful. He quotes Heber C. Kimball, who said, "God is a cheerful, pleasant, lively and good-natured Being. Why? Because I am cheerful, pleasant, lively and good natured when I have His Spirit."
